Hello everyone Happy February, we hope that everyone is happy and healthy this month. For the month of February we have lots of things that are new. Starting February 1st we have streamlines our products both on our website and our catolog. You will find that we have less products but more choices for each product. Also we have changed our line of soaps, they are more down to the earth and totally vegetarian made. You are going to love them! Now you also remember that back in November we lowered all our prices so WOW!

There may be something you have been wanting to get but just could not

Tranquil Treasures Tips and Idea's
This month we have talked obout lots of different changes with Tranquil
Treasures, and in staying with this theme we have few tips that may help. Last
month we all made lots of new Years Resorlutions, but have they already gone by
the wayside. Well here are some tips that may help with most of America's top
resolution, (weight loss).
1. Make sure you eat breakfast every day.
2. Eat 5 small meals every day: Breakfast, Snack, Lunch, Snack & Dinner
3. Eat only 2 to 3 fruits a day
4. Eat as many vegetable as you want
5. Eat Clean Lean Protein: like Tuna, eggs, fish, Turkey.
6. Stay away from to many carbohidrates: carb's brake down to sugar and then to fat.
7. Drink 8 or more cups of water a day.
8. Herbal Tea's are also good to drink when trying to lose weight
9. Plan a head of time.
10. Get a cooler or a section in your fridge and put all the food you are going to eat that day in it. when it is gone, that it.
